Lately...

It's a lot harder to stay up on blogging than I thought!!!

The last couple weeks we've had a lot of fun - Nick and I try to go on dates a couple times a month. They are pretty low key dates... but we like to go out together to have some "planned fun". We went out to eat at the Pizza Factory then goofed around and took some funny pictures a couple weeks ago. We tried to hold the moon, but it was a lot harder than we imagined. Plus we couldn't manage to get good lighting... we had fun though!

Nick is like ET!

Last Saturday we went to St. George with Dani and Jared. We went so we could go to the temple, but we didn't call in advance and the last session was at 11:20 (because of the Relief Society session of conference). We barely missed it... but we had fun checking out all the newly married couples, taking pictures, and watching the video in the visitor's center about families.

"We're Married!"

Last Saturday night we went to an SUU Bingo Night. The prizes were so-so (Jared won some ramen noodles) but we had a blast! Hopefully they have another one sometime. If not we may have to hold our own Bingo Night!!!

A few last updates:
Nick and Jared took cool pictures doing handstands on upper campus -

We found this cool cat mug at Ross and gave it to our friend Sam...

We went to Bountiful Baskets this morning! Look at this load of food we got for $15!!! Probably our favorite way to grocery shop!

"We met him!" will probably be one of the most common phrases Nick and I say this weekend. The week before we got married we ran into President Monson in Mr. Mac and had a nice handshake and a friendly conversation with him. We're excited to listen to Conference together and learn how we can be better!

That's about all for now! More to come in the next few days.
